Human Resources (HR) Executive at Applied Engineering Technology Initiative

Job Description & Requirements

• Suitable candidates will be already practicing HR executives, and university graduates, with not less than three to four years’ experience in HR practice or in an HR organization.
• The role will support the HR/Outsourcing manager in a project located at Ibeju-Lekki.
• Provide administrative support for HR/Outsourcing manager.
• Support the HR Outsourcing manager to ensure successful project implementation.
• Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
• Recruitment support.
• Help organize and manage new employee orientation.
• Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
• Screen CVs and job application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
