    Human Resources Generalist

    Core duties

    • Assist in the recruitment process 
    • Conduct employees' onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
    • Handle conflict and employees' compensation
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance 
    • Assist with payroll and benefits administration by providing relevant data e.g absences, bonuses and leaves
    • Coordinate performance management and employees' appraisal
    • Ensure employees' compliance with the company policies
    • Promote HR programs that help create an effective and conflict-free workplace

    Qualifications and skills 

    • Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other related field 
    • 2-3 years proven experience as HR generalist or a similar role 
    • Solid understanding of Labour Laws and HR practices 
    • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems e.g BambooHR, Workday, ADP)
    • Certification in HR is a plus
    • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion 
    • Strong communication skills; speaking and writing
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
