Human Resources Executive at Sujimoto Construction Limited

•  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in tech to join our team.
• He/She will oversee all aspects of human resources, focusing on implementing and optimizing HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• This role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful integration of technology into HR practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR technology solutions to enhance recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement processes
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the successful implementation and integration of HR technology systems
• Provide training and support to employees on using HR technology platforms
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HR technology trends and best practices
• Manage and maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Assist with other HR functions as needed, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on technology implementation and optimization
• Strong knowledge of HR technology systems and platforms
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and other HR software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in punctuality and employee time management 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
