Human Resources Executive at Michael Stevens Consulting

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees
• Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
• Overseeing the employee's termination process.
• Oversee HR staff performance and guide employees towards better performance while ensuring healthy employee relations.
• Co-ordinate and Conduct Interviews Process

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
• A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.Required

Remuneration
N120,000 - N130,000 Monthly.
