    Human Resources Executive

    Location: Mainland, Lagos

    Full Job Description

    • The HR Executive plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day human resources operations across multiple outlets. This includes recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compliance, payroll support, and ensuring smooth HR coordination between the store and head office.
    • The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, detail-driven, and familiar with the unique dynamics of the QSR/retail industry.

    Key Responsibilities
    Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for outlet and support office roles.
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with outlet managers.
    • Manage onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new hires.
    • Maintain updated employee database and personnel files.

    Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
    • Foster a positive work culture and ensure compliance with company values and policies.
    • Support HR Manager in organizing engagement and team-building activities.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

    Attendance, Payroll & Administration:

    • Monitor attendance records, shift rosters, and leave applications.
    • Coordinate with finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
    • Manage staff movement, transfers, and outlet-level manpower planning.
    • Support compliance with labor laws and HR audit requirements.

    Performance Management:

    • Track probation reviews, performance appraisals, and training needs.
    • Support in implementing KPI tracking and performance improvement plans.
    • Coordinate staff recognition and reward programs.

    HR Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., pension, tax, HMO, etc.).
    • Maintain HR reports, staff turnover data, and manpower analysis.
    • Liaise with relevant authorities or HR consultants on compliance matters.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2-4 years’ experience in HR operations, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Experience using HR software or attendance management systems is an advantage.

    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail/QSR environment.

    Salary
    N300,000 - N450,000 / Month.
