Position - Human Resources Coordinator
Location – Victoria Island, Lagos
Reporting Line – Human Capital Development Manager

An Asset Management company, is hiring for the position of a HR Coordinator for its General operations.

This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, amongst other duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• First degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification of CIPM and/or other relevant professional bodies
• Minimum of 5 years of proven HR work experience 
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Good grip of Learning & Development management
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices
