Human Resources Business Partner at Xiaomi Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide HR advisory support on workforce planning, succession management, and organizational design.
• Oversee performance management cycles from goal setting and feedback to appraisals and career development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying skill gaps and aligning hiring needs with business priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements.

• B.Sc, M.Sc or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• ⁠Professional Certification in HR Management such as CIPM, SHRM or PHRI is also required.
• Rich experience in the field, with at least 3-5 years of HRBP experience.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Proven experience in change management, performance management, and organizational development.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
