Responsibilities

• Support in developing an effective manpower and employee related issues and ensure no litigation of any such associated to VDT
• Support in determining critical profiles based on business requirement
• Based on manpower plan, identify recruitment needs and supports in the design of effective programme for selection and retention.
• Continually provide innovative ways to project the image of VDT as employer of choice via all media and special focus on social media
• Assist in maintaining headcount as per manpower plan.
• Develop strategies for key talent acquisition.

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-7 years experience
