Requirements:

• CIPM membership is plus.
• expereince in a manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HRBP experience in a manufacturing company
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
