Job Summary:
The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role assists in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations. The HR Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate employee information, facilitating communication between HR and employees, and ensuring compliance with organisation policies and procedures in line with government laws. S/he will manage the full complement of the HR services for all Nuru Nigeria Programmes.
