    Human Resources Assistant

    Job Overview

    • The Human Resources Assistant will assist in HR duties within Bluetti Energy Nigeria Limited, supporting recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and general people operations to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace experience.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in HR or people operations.
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
