The Human Resource Analyst provides Human Resources services to the region or the area under scope, giving assistance in recruiting, hiring, compensation, training, benefits and or personnel administration.
Main Responsibilities include:
Responsible for providing all personnel administration services to employees.
Prepares information of payroll accounts, withholdings and other necessary information to be reported to federal, state and local agencies as required.
Responsible for preparing reports for budget process.
Maintains individual employee data records, ensuring the confidentiality of information contained in employee files.
Prepares reports on employee turnover, absenteeism and overtime.
Provides Human Resources services to the region or the area under scope, giving assistance in recruiting, hiring, compensation, training, benefits and or personnel administration.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social sciences with a second class upper as preference
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and CIPM membership an added advantage
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels
High emotional intelligence with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmen
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel software.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
