    Human Resources & Administrative Officer

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate—someone with a passion for people and a strong understanding of HR practices—will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and overall organizational support.

    This position is ideal for a dedicated HR professional who values collaboration, fairness, and creating a positive workplace culture. We welcome and encourage applications from women looking to advance their careers in HR.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
    • Coordinate and lead onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
    • Support day-to-day HR operations, such as managing employee files, attendance records, and leave tracking
    • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment
    • Help implement and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
    • Assist in organizing staff training and development initiatives
    • Support performance appraisal processes and provide administrative assistance
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture building
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience in a human resources role (1–3 years preferred)
    • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
