We are seeking a skilled HR/Admin Officer to support the human resources and administrative functions of our client an events and construction company located in Sapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe expressway, Awoyaya.
The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support and handling HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage HR processes including recruitment support, employee records, and on boarding.
Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and office management.
Support employee relations and welfare activities.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Provide general administrative support to ensure office efficiency.
Liaise with various departments on HR and admin matters.
Requirements
BSc / HND / OND in any field.
Proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
Good understanding of HR practices and labor regulations in Nigeria.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
