Qualification/Job Specifications:

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualifications
• B.Sc. in any social sciences. CIPM will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for and proactively drive the design, development, and effective delivery of training to the organization's employees within defined timescales
• Liaising with HODS and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
• Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
