Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager (HR Consulting) located in Lagos. The General Manager will be responsible for client acquisition, retention, and overseeing all HR consulting services, managing HR policies, and developing HR strategies. On a day-to-day basis, tasks include managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment processes, leading team-building initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The role also involves regular communication with clients to assess and address their HR needs.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), Human Resource Development, and Employee Relations skills
• Previous experience in HR consulting is a plus
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos
