Job Summary

• As the Human Resources Officer, you will manage the company’s HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance, payroll, and disciplinary records
• Oversee staff welfare, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage employee relations and promote a positive work environment

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (having HR Certifications e.g., CIPM is an advantage)
• 2–4 years’ HR experience in a technical or industrial company
• Knowledge of HR policies, Nigerian labor law, and payroll systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
