Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team AT Eatrite Food Services West Africa Limited.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of human resources tasks, training and development, office administration, and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong negotiation skills to effectively handle various situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage general human resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle office administration duties, such as maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies in the food service sector to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, negotiate contracts, and advocate for the organization's interests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in the food service sector. 2 years in a management position
• Proven experience in human resources management, training and development, and office administration, preferably in the food service sector
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the food service sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
