The HR Manager will manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Facilitate staff training and professional development.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in human resources management.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
