Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector
Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is mandatory
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and employee relations
