    Human Resource Manager

    • The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-oriented, and skilled in balancing strategic leadership with hands-on HR administration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with company objectives.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation programs.
    • Oversee employee performance reviews and professional development plans.
    • Promote positive employee relations and address workplace issues promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
    • Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and staff documentation.
    • Advise management on people-related strategies and organizational development.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management or related HR roles.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
