Human Resource Manager at Resource Intermediaries Limited

We're seeking a talented and organized HR Manager to join our team in Oke-Bola, Ibadan. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training, & employee relations.
• Manage payroll & benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations.
• Foster a positive & productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in HR or related field (min. 3 years experience)
• Proven experience in HR with strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills.

Salary: ₦120,000 - ₦150,000 per month (competitive & commensurate with experience).
