    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring the agency attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
    • This role balances strategic planning with operational execution to create a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and Manage end-to-end hiring processes
    • Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires
    • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
    • Promote a positive organisational culture through engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes
    • Support managers in coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance
    • Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
    • Manage employee records, payroll and leave management
    • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
    • Advise management on organisational design, succession planning, and workforce planning
    • Lead initiatives to improve employee productivity, retention, and workplace culture
    • Support Operations department

    Requirements

    • A minimum of three (3) years of proven human resource management experience, preferably in marketing / advertising industry
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office & likes
    • Attention to detail and good judgement

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Employee retention and turnover rates
    • Time-to-hire and quality of hires
    • Employee engagement and satisfaction scores
    • Compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
    • Effectiveness of training and development initiatives
