Oversee all aspects of human resources management at Bereline Farms, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and promoting a positive work culture.
Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness, consistency, and accountability.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, identifying training needs and facilitating learning opportunities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of human resources management experience, preferably in the agricultural or food industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
