Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
Develops training and development programs and objectives as well as implementing learning strategies and programs .
Designing e-learning courses, for both technical and soft skills.
Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Supporting the development and implementation of CIL Academy program.
Dealing with complex casework, performance, and employee relations issues.
Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
Support in Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, succession planning, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice.
