• As an HR Intern, you will assist in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
• Provide support in benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Assist in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
