Human Resource Intern at Maurice Xandra Solutions

• We are looking for an HR Intern who will be responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR department with recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding by helping with documentation and orientation activities.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and proper filing.
• Help organize and coordinate training sessions, including preparing materials and recording attendance.
• Provide administrative support such as drafting HR-related letters, memos, and emails.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
• Perform other clerical and support duties assigned by the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations
