We are looking to employ for a period of 3-months an enthusiastic and smart HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks.
The HR intern’s responsibilities include filing, scanning and dcoumenting HR documents accordingly.
This is a 3-months contractual role.
Responsibilities
Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Organize documents and file accordingly.
Assist the HR Coordinator in planning HR Initiatives.
Assist in the coordination of new hire orientations.
Open to learning and acquiring knowledge on other HR-related matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or studying towards a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
A strong interest in building a career in human Resources
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
