The Role

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team.
• The intern will support the Human Resources department in carrying out daily administrative and HR-related functions, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field of Human Resource Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: job postings, scheduling, and interviews.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll and staff welfare activities.
• Help organize trainings and engagement programs.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

• Degree or current study in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Must live on the Island.
