    Human Resource (HR) Manager

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from a reputable University.
    • Minimum of Eight (8) years’ experience in people management with at least THREE (3) years’ experience as a Team Lead or Manager in a structured organization.
    • Prior experience collaborating with stakeholders to assess their people and process needs as well as providing strategic guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
    • Proven experience developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, leading learning & development initiatives, including career-pathing and succession planning that aligns with organizational goals.
    • Proven experience devising recruitment strategies, managing exits, handling personnel administration, fostering equality & diversity and, enhancing employee satisfaction & retention while maintaining confidentiality and effectively managing grievances.
    • Proven experience effectively managing performance appraisal processes, evaluation cycles and payroll schedules aligned with performance outcomes, integrate with talent management, and drive performance improvements through analysis and clear communication of key metrics.
    • Must be able to oversee salary structure and benefits, conducts fair job evaluations and implements competitive benefit packages aligned with legal standards to attract and effectively retain talent.
