Human Resource (HR) Executive at Padoserve Limited

REQUIREMENT: Interested applicant must be highly skilled in

• Recruitment and selection of excellent staffs,
• Training, mentoring, counselling, and coaching of staffs.
• Using professional skill to mediate and resolve conflicts.
• Developing and driving various policies to enhance staff performance and ensure teamwork are optimized.
• Carrying out staff performance measurement using various tools.
• Creating clear and concise reports to management at all time.
• Resolving conflicts through position and professional mediation.
• Handling workplace Investigation, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Sound professional skill in Microsoft office such as words and Excel.

QUALIFICATION: Interested applicant must be:

A HND/BSc holder in Human Resource Management MSc/MBA in HR will be an added advantage.

And must be computer literate with excellent HR skills.

EXPERIENCE: 3- 5yrs Experience as a Human Resource Executive

SALARY RANGE: N580,000 to N600,000 per Annum.
