Our Graduate Trainee program is a 1-year rotational learning curve aimed at providing a comprehensive introduction to various human resources functions. Trainees will rotate across multiple HR areas, gaining hands-on experience and building foundational skills in recruitment, training, compliance, consulting, and more. This program is designed to support your growth and prepare you for future HR roles by immersing you in a wide range of HR practices.
What you will learn
- An Indepth understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Gain exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and learn about effective recruitment and retainment strategies.
- Creating and delivering training programs, while learning about training design, development, and execution.
- The principles of performance management by supporting goal setting, conducting evaluations, and understanding performance review processes.
- HR policy development and documentation procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Managing employee records, handling HR documentation, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Conducting thorough background checks and employee verifications to support recruitment and compliance efforts.
- Understand various employee verification processes across services offered by the company.
- Participate in HR consulting projects, learning how to address client needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
- Contribute to projects focused on employee engagement, learning strategies for creating positive work environments and reducing turnover.

You’re an Ideal Candidate if you have:
- 0 – 1 year experience in any field.
- A bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of HR principles is an advantage, but not required.
