    Human Resource Business Partner

    • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Contribute to the design and execution of organizational change initiatives.
    • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and succession planning. Manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company.
    • Performance Management: Support the performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
    • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and employee engagement. Investigate and resolve employee issues and complaints in a fair and consistent manner.
    • Learning and Development: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Analyse compensation data and market trends to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
    • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to maintain legal and ethical standards.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR solutions.
    • Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture. Conduct employee surveys and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • HR Systems and Technology: Ensure accurate and efficient use of HR systems for data management and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a HRBP or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
    • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
