    Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

    Job Summary

    • We are urgently seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Business Partner to join our team.
    • As an HRBP, you will be a key partner to senior management and other stakeholders, providing expert HR advice and support to drive business growth, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. 
    • You will be responsible for understanding the business needs of our bespoke fashion brand and developing HR solutions to meet those needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions to drive growth, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Oversee the recruitment process, retention strategies, and development of high performing talent across all business units.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
    • Design and implement performance management systems that align with business objectives and drive employee growth and development.
    • Promote a learning culture and encourage knowledge sharing across all departments.
    • Partner with managementto develop and implement change management strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and minimize disruption.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's employer brand and reputation.
    • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through effective Business developmentand solutions.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store/showroom, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives and excellent customer service.
    • Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to store/showroom and factory staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
    • Prepare and submit monthly and periodic reports on HR metrics, talent management, employee engagement, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of HRBP, HRM orsimilar experience.
    • Available to resume immediately
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes.
    • Experience in the fashion industry is an added advantage.
    • Must have professional certifications such as CIPMor PHRi
