Role Description

• The Human Resource Assistant will handle a variety of daily tasks related to human resources, including managing employee records, assisting in benefits administration, utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and providing support for HR management activities.
• The role also involves coordinating training programs and supporting the overall HR function to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Past experience in recruiting
• Experience in coordinating and delivering training programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a tech or tech-enabled company is advantageous
