Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping.
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks to support the hiring process.
Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
Maintain HR records and databases accurately and confidentially, including employee information, attendance records, and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication channels to promote a positive work environment.
Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, training and development programs, and policy updates, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
Prepare HR-related reports and documents, including organizational charts, employee handbooks, and compliance reports, for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Educational Requirements
Associate Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Work Experience:
Previous experience in HR or administrative support role is beneficial but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
