    Human Resource / Admin Officer

    Responsiblities
    We are looking for a responsible HR/Admin who will be able to carry out the following job functions among others:

    • Handles general recruitments for available positions both for the Firm and for clients.
    • Assess employee performance/appraisal half yearly.
    • Issue disciplinary notices where/when necessary to staff.
    • Efficiently resolve conflict that arise among staff of the Firm.
    • Ensure that the work environment is neat, tidy and safe for everyone.
    • Offer consistent payroll management.
    • Ensure yearly subscription of all certificates the Firm requires to be in business (e.g Firm’s Practice License, NSITF, ITF, PENCOM, HMO, Auditor General for Federal and State etc).

    Education and Experience

    • Human Resources (HR) Degree or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years work experience.
    • Between the ages of 28 - 35 years.
    • Knowledge of Human Resources Management and good office administration.
    • Knowledge of applicable tax laws, codes and regulations in the HR industry.
    • Working knowledge and two to three years' experience.
