Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
• Supervise new employee onboarding including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain HC records and ensure the accuracy of data in HRIS and personnel files.
• Assist with benefits administration including enrollments changes and terminations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HC policies and procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide support for Offboarding processes.
• Assist with employee relations activities including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Keep a track record of leaves such as sick or maternity.
• Assist the payroll department by providing employee information on new hires exiting employee leaves and employee benefits

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a relevant business field.
• Professionals in Human Resources (CIPM) or other HR certifications.
