    HR Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • OPPO Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our growing team in Ogba.
    • The HR Supervisor will oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
    • This role will also support recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management while serving as a key link between the organization and outsourcing agencies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership in fostering a healthy employee experience and a culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
    • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting fair and objective investigations.
    • Liaise with outsourcing agencies for contract processing related to promotions, transfers, and new hires.
    • Collate and process monthly payroll schedules for regional employees.
    • Compile bi-weekly and monthly promoters’ sales reports from the DMS platform.
    • Maintain and update staff databases and personnel files.
    • Handle complex employee relations matters and grievances in line with company policy.
    • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
    • Experience working with outsourcing agencies and handling employee documentation.
    • Proficiency in HR software tools and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
