HR Services Executive - Payroll Administration at Fosad Consulting

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a HR Services Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating and administering HR Services to Outsourced Staff.

Responsibilities

• Design multiple payroll structures as requested by client organizations
• Execute employee recruitment and onboarding
• Administer Leave, HMO, NHF and other employee welfare packages
• Deliver employee performance management processes
• Liaise with internal HR of client organizations for seamless client / vendor coordination.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Social Sciences or Business Management from a reputable university
• At least 2 years of experience working as a HR professional with relevant knowledge of HR Administration
• Must have demonstrable understanding of Nigerian Labour Law
• .Candidate should reside close to Lagos Island or it's environs
