HR Sales Consultant

Job Description
- As our HR Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our business growth, connecting organizations with our cutting-edge HR solutions. This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension or permanent conversion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay ahead of HR trends and market dynamics.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, or any related field.
- ACIPM, SHRM-CP, PHRi, or equivalent HR certification is a plus.
