HR - People Operations Professional at HRBP Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR People Operations professional to lead the day-to-day execution of people initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
• The role requires a strong HR generalist with exceptional leadership presence, sound judgment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive performance, culture, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR operations across  recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning, and offboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to implement people strategies that improve workforce performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive policy compliance, HR governance, disciplinary processes, and labour law adherence.
• Manage employee experience, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Support to coordinate performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate people analytics, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
• Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure across multiple HR functions.
• Professional certification such as CIPM, CHRMP, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
