Responsibilities
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.
Developing training and development programs.
Assisting the performance management processes.
Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Requirement
B.Sc in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong people management skills, with high attention to detail.
Professional certification is an added advantage.
The Candidate should be organized, with 2-3 years of proven experience in human resources management with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience in the construction industry is highly encouraged to apply.
