Job Summary

As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhance our human resource functions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations, fostering a supportive work environment, and aligning HR strategies with the organization's mission of delivering quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Monitor and improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and HR Certification (CIPM, PHRI)
• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
