Qualification, Experience & Skills

To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:
- BSc / HND in Human Resources or similar qualification
- Analytical & Reporting skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel and HRIS system
- Ability to generate reports promptly
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience in manufacturing industry
- Understanding of Nigerian Labour Law & Conditions of employment
- Experience in HR processes and functions
- Must be within Mazamaza mile 2 axis, if you are not, don't apply please.
