The ideal candidate must be an experienced, dynamic, and strategic HR professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role and overall minimum of 10 years HR role, preferably within the Upstream oil & gas or related sectors.
They should be highly proficient in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, Stakeholder Engagement, and HR operations.
A strong grasp of employment law, compensation structures, and HR systems is essential. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills.
They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to align HR practices with business goals.
Experience with statutory compliance and engagement with regulatory bodies such as #NAPIMS/NEOL is a plus
