Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring developers and other technical roles.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent understanding of software development roles and technical skillsets.
Strong networking abilities and experience with professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
