Job Description
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Designing and implementing a performance management system to align individual goals with company objectives.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and confidential manner.
• Identifying training needs within the organization and coordinating relevant training programs.
• Encouraging a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in compensation practices.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
• Handling all HR-related documentation and reporting.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Human Resource Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
