Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will implement HR strategies that support business growth, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and health & safety standards.
• Oversee employee performance management and training programs
•  Address employee grievances and promote a productive work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
