Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment processes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidates.
• Prepare onboarding curricular and new employee orientation.
• Maintain accurate filing of employee documents.
• Organize employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in creating internal communication materials (newsletters, surveys, and internal updates).
• Support performance management process
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Skill Set and Values

• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency or interest in HR software and data management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Some knowledge of HR best practices.

Experience and Qualifications

• A University degree or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR or related role.
• Must have completed NYSC.
